Join us on March 16th with Dr Charmain Jackman as we celebrate the resilience of BIPOC Women. Dr. Jackman, award-winning psychologist, and emotional wellness expert will discuss why emotional wellness has become a trending topic for BIPOC women and why thriving, not merely surviving, has to be our new battle cry! COVID-19 has disrupted the way we live, work, and connect. Using her 3M’s for Mental Wellness framework, Dr. Jackman will share mindfulness strategies that you can use every day to foster an emotionally healthy lifestyle. You are guaranteed to leave this session feeling recharged and renewed!
