Enterprise Data, Analytics & Architecture provides the data, systems, and architecture to enable a data driven organization.   Through the work in our domain, we will:

Create and manage the lifecycle of data that powers the digital experience
Enable sales and marketing throughout the customer journey by providing a Customer centric focus
Align and consolidate data from across the enterprise to provide timely analytics and insights for making informed decisions
Guide and enable strategies to simplify, standardize, and modernize technology through system and data architecture

What you’ll be doing:  

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Agile Scrum Master is the servant leader on an Agile team and the Agile Release Train (ART).   Looking at Agility in the enterprise and understanding how Agile works at scale is key to coaching the team and the ART.  They are the catalyst to a team’s ability to self-organize and continuously improve, using techniques appropriate to the team(s) they are working with, which include transparency, inspection and adaption.

This key member of the team will work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution as well assist in the adoption and maturing of agile practices across the ART.  They will provide clear, concise and effective reporting and communication across the ART.  As the scrum master, they will facilitate all scrum events and ceremonies and direct the team Jira boards.as well as manage dependencies and coordinate between scrum teams where necessary.

This position is part of an Agile Release Train (ART) which includes Enterprise Data and Analytics.  The RTE reports to the Director of ED&A Product Management and will work primarily in Enterprise Data but have exposure across the ART.

Ability to utilize agile methods in a flexible manner, that can adapt to the specific needs of the organization, including hard deadlines and dates
Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

Able to experiment with processes and tools that encourage continuous improvement
Experience identifying, implementing and operating using metrics that help measure progress and guide change

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications 

7 years of information technology experience
5+ years demonstrated experience in project delivery, with 2 years applying Agile approaches
Demonstrated experience with Agile Project Management tools, specifically Jira
Working knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications 

Bachelors Degree
Scrum Master, Scrum Professional, Kanban, or SAFe certifications
Demonstrated experience with SAFe
