What you’ll be doing: 

Support high available eCommerce environments
Troubleshoot issues ensuring quick resolution
Support eCommerce development and testing teams throughout the software development life cycle
Identify and implement improvements in process and procedure to promote environment stability
Proactively monitor and respond to issues before customer impact
What you bring to the table:

Strong technical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
Self-driven, able to work independently or within a team setting
Results oriented and adaptable
Knowledge and understanding of microservices implementations
Experience supporting medium to large scale computing environments
Understanding of networking and security concepts and technologies (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, etc.)
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

7+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a directly related field
5-8 years’ experience with:NGINX or Apache
Public Cloud (Azure preferred)
Linux, UNIX, Windows
Programming/scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, Powershell, or Linux/UNIX shell
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

CI/CD automation tools such as Puppet, Jenkins or Ansible
Agile methodologies
Oracle, Couchbase, MSSQL Server or MySQL experience
