NSBE BOSTON ANNOUNCES 6TH ANNUAL INSPIRE STEM GALA PRESENTED BY AMGEN, SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2024

The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) Boston Professionals is pleased to announce the 6th Annual Inspire STEM Scholarship & Awards Gala, scheduled for Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. Themed “Black is STEM” the gala will serve as a distinguished platform for celebrating the accomplishments of Black scientists and engineers while acknowledging academic excellence among Black students.

Amgen, as the presenting sponsor for this year’s event, is committed to supporting NSBE’s mission of providing Youth STEM education and career programs for Black students in the Boston area. “The future of STEM must include ideas and innovations from Black engineers as founders, contributors, and leaders in both traditional engineering and technology,” emphasized NSBE Boston President, Alexis Smith. “Historically, NSBE has been and continues to be a trailblazer in inspiring the next generation of STEM professionals, acting as a catalyst for transforming the culture of engineering and providing opportunities to the upcoming generation of Black STEM professionals.”
